Spring / Summer NEWSLETTER 

Dear friends old and new,

As some of you may already be aware we now have a new Head Chef on board at Bryce's, Neal Brunning.  Neal brings with him over 20 years of professional experience and this really does come through in the depth of the flavours and the presentation of his food.  We are very pleased to have him on board along with our new Manager and my Niece, Carole Lindsay-Mearns who again has a great knowledge of food and service.    

Our new A La Carte menu was introduced on Friday 4th June 2010 and I must say we have had wonderful feedback about it.  As always our menu is seasonal and our produce local with our fresh fish from the Shoreham day boats and line caught on Worthing pier and at Goring Gap.  We have also introduced a new daily specials board - this is where the chefs like to create something a little bit different but you will also find great classics on there such as, Dover Sole, Smoked Kippers and Soft Roe's on Toast.

Our set menu is still proving to be very popular - 2 Courses for £10 or 3 Courses for £15.  The menu offers 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts and is great value for money.  This is available everyday of the week excluding Friday and Saturday evenings. 

More and more we are being asked to host private parties and events.  We recently hosted the Inauguration Dinner for the new Mayor of Worthing, Ann Sayers.  We were host to a wonderful charity event in aide of The Rocking Horse Appeal and most recently a fabulous wedding for which the beautiful Bride and Groom came all the way from Spain to enjoy their special day at Bryce's.  We host canape parties, buffet lunches, wedding receptions, corporate lunches and dinners or simply champagne and canapes on the terrace...  Please call or email our manager, Carole Lindsay-Mearns for more details and prices (Tel: 01903 214371 or email: info@seafoodbrasserie.co.uk).

We are becoming busier by the day and as the sun is shining more frequently we do get full very quickly - i would ask when you do come down to Bryce's make a quick call ahead so we can ensure you have a table when you arrive.
